Pick Up Counter

Purchase and Pickup Procedures at King Power Complex, Bangkok
Please follow the following steps:
1.  Duty free purchase may only be applicable when traveling to destinations outside the country.
2.  Please show your passport ( or its copy ) which is valid during your purchase and pick up date and show your flight ticket or inform the staff of your flight number at King Power Duty Free Mall.
3.  Pick up your purchased items at duty free pick up counter at Suvarnabhumi International Airport in the departure terminal where is nearest to your boarding gate as guided in the map as follows:
            Gate C1 –C10, D1 – D4  :  Pick Up Counter (EAST)
            Gate D5 – D10, E1 – E10, F1-F6, G1-G5  :  Pick Up counter (West)
4.  Pick up your purchased items at duty free pick up counter at departure terminal. The goods shall be kept at the airport for 60 days from the purchase date.
5.  If you have cancelled your trip, you can authorize the proxy to pick up the goods on your behalf.
6.  For those who do not travel outside the country, we would like to offer you the “ TAKE WITHOUT FLIGHT ” Promotion, allowing customers to buy blue tag items, including local products and certain imported which are dutied items until.

Authorization of Proxy
Required documents:
1.  Ask for the proxy form at RECEPTION counter at King Power Complex. Completely fill out the form. Please note that the whole form should be filled out with the same handwriting. Proxy Form (Download Form 20 Kb)
2.  A certified copy of purchaser’s passport. The passport must be still valid over 6 months during the purchase and pick up date. Evidence of renewal is also required. All pages should be signed and certified.
3.  Receipt (Original)
4.  Passport and Boarding Pass of the person whom the proxy was authorized ( passengers only, crew on duty are not eligible in this case. )

Other Services
Counter Service for: 
1.  Applying for King Power Membership.
2.  Issuing temporary card in case of error or damaged Card, or not bringing the Card with and would like to purchase at the Airport Branch.
3.  Updating member personal information such as passport no., telephone no. and e-mail address.
