King Power Call Centre
The King Power Call Centre focusses on strengthening the Company’s services and communications with its customers. The Call Centre’s services include customers’ feedbacks on product satisfactions and suggestions, product purchases and pick-up procedures, membership registrations and recommendations on privileges for customers. The King Power Call Centre is one of the Company’s significant communication channels. Feedbacks from customers are valuable information for the Company to continuously develop its services. The Call Centre has been lately equipped with new technologies to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customers.
