If I have lost my King Power Card or changed my name or surname, do I have to pay the fee for new card? |
| A : |
In order to provide good service to our customer, the company will charge nothing when you apply for our membership. However, if you request the new card for some reasons such as card lost or stolen and change in name or surname, it is our policy to charge 50 Baht for new card issuing. But, this practice will not apply to the card renewal process that will be automatically issued on the expiration date. |

In the case that I have lost my Birthday Card, is it possible to issue the new one? |

Normally, the Birthday Card will be issued once a year at the beginning of each member's month of birth. Then, mailed to the mailing address that each member provided us in the application form. Therefore, the company cannot reissue the Birthday Card for the member in any circumstances. However, in order to make sure that you gave us the correct address, you can check with our Hot Line Service Center at tel. 02-677-8899 daily from 08.00 - 21.00 hrs. |

If my King Power Card had lost, could it be possible to notify this matter at the shop and this will affect my accumulated points or not ? |

In case of card lost or stolen, you have to pay 50 Baht as a new card issuing fee. And, normally, you have to notify the company at least 3 days before going shopping at King Power Duty Free Shop. However, if you have notified the lost card matter at the Shop, after 50 Baht paid, you will receive temporary card to enjoy the discount of 5% on Liquor & Tobacco and 10% on General Merchandises. But, the purchase amount cannot be brought to be part of the point accumulation program. If you need the card so urgently, you can contact Member Department at tel. 02-677-8888 from 9.00 - 18.00 hrs. on Monday - Friday except public holidays. Or, for normal case, please contact Hot Line Service Center at tel. 02-677-8899 daily from 08.00 - 21.00 hrs. daily. |
