• The company will contact the winners via the phone numbers or email provided within 7 working days from the date of the announcement to inform the steps and conditions for receiving prizes. If the winners of the Top Spenders campaign cannot be reached, or if the Top Spenders do not respond by 28 February 2025, the company will consider the winner to have forfeited their rights. The company reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible customer or as it sees fit.
• Limit one prize per winner
• The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other rewards.
• The company reserves the right to change/cancel this promotion without prior notice.
• The company's decision is final and binding in this regard.

Terms and Conditions of E-Gift Card Bangkok Airways:

• 1,000 THB E-Gift Card is eligible to book Bangkok Airways’ ticket one-way or round-trip on either domestic or international destinations. Eligibility for departures originating from Thailand and operated from Bangkok Airways only. Award tickets and/or any tickets booked under the booking classes of X, S or Z are NOT eligible.
• The E-Gift Card will be sent via the registered email to customers who meet the specified spending requirements.
• Bookings must be made via www.bangkokair.com/kingpower on any Bangkok Airways’ website standard fare; Web Promotion, Web Saver, and Web Freedom, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion.
• E-Gift Card is valid for 1 passenger (Adult only). 
• E-Gift Card applies on the airfare only and does not extend or apply to any applicable tax, airport tax, fuel surcharge or travel insurance.
• E-Gift Card is non-refundable and unable to be exchanged for any cash or kind.
• E-Gift Card can be used for reservations at all times including weekends and public holidays.
• Ticket conditions of Bangkok Airways apply; conditions of each ticket may vary in accordance with the booking class.
• Ability to select seats depends on fare type.
• Seat assignment at the check-in counter for reservations without pre-selected seats will be managed at the staff’s discretion.
• Bangkok Airways and/or King Power Corporation Co., Ltd. reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein.
