World-famous Japanese monster Godzilla turns 70 in 2024 and to celebrate, CITIZEN is releasing a new limited-edition Godzilla collaboration model on XX _______ 2024. This new watch is based on the Professional Diver 300m, a popular long-selling diver’s watch from the PROMASTER line. This saturation diver’s watch has water resistance up to 300 meters and an iconic, rugged design. This tough exterior has earned the watch the nickname “Ecozilla” from fans, a combination of Eco-Drive and Godzilla.The dial, case, and bezel have a camouflage pattern inspired by Godzilla’s scaly skin, and tiny Godzillas are hidden within the pattern. The band uses environmentally-friendly Polyurethane containing biomass-derived materials. There are two dial variations - a black dial with the classic black and white image of Godzilla, and a dark red dial with Godzilla roaring in rage. The case back design has Godzilla’s footprint, a feature unique to this limited-edition model.
