An outbound international flight is required to purchase duty-free products. You can purchase within 60 days or at least 2 hours before Flight date for pickup at Suvarnabhumi, Don Muang Airport. At least 48 hours before the departure date for U-Tapao Airport, and for Phuket International Airport, purchase must be completed at least 2 hours before departure.

We would like to suggest, check your item(s) before signing the receipt at the Airport Pick up Counter. You can request our staff to dispose of the sealed bag for checking the item(s). However, for some items such as liquid, you must not dispose of the packing as it will not be allowed to take it on board. After you have checked your item(s), our staff will pack the items for you to take on board. The company reserves rights to compensate for any claims filed after the Customer had signed for order pickup.
- Please proceed to the Airport Pick Up Counter at least 1 hour before boarding time because the pickup area may be crowded on the day of departure.
- When picking up your items, please carefully check the name, quantity, and status of the items, before signing the receipt to confirm your items.
- For some items such as liquids, we suggest you to not dispose of the packaging as the item will not be allowed on board.
- If you encounter any problems when picking up the items, please notify the staff at the pickup counter, King Power will not be responsible for items that are taken out of the country after pickup.
Note: The company reserves rights to compensate any claims filed after Customer had signed for order pickup.
Important: In case you are unable to pick up your order on your specified flight date, please contact us to amend your flight detail at least 7 business days in advance. Should there be no notification of new flight detail made to us within 7 days after specified flight date, we reserve the rights to return and resell those items without prior notice, and stock availability will not be guaranteed in such case.
