Mt.Sapola Essential Oil

Direction: 4 drops for a burning time of 20 minutes. Put 5 drops in 200ml of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes. Put 15 drops in the bath tub for 20 minutes bath.

Caution: Do not use oils directly on the skin. Keep away from eyes and children. During pregnancy please consult an experienced aromatherapist.
