Herbal ball for body has been used as an ancient healing solution for chronic problems such as back pain.
Direction:
• Place the herbal compress ball in a steamer for 10 minutes, or microwave for 2 minute at medium power.(Prior heating in microwave, soak the herbal compress ball completely in the water for approximately 1 minute and remove.)
• Take the herbal compress ball out, make sure it's hot but not burning - if not, briefly reheat again and make sure the herbs stay moist enough to not burn.
• Massage your body with the herbal ball until it cools. Suggest having 2 herbal balls to alternate with the cool one for a more persistent and effective heat treatment. For best result, apply on acupressure points.
• After use, allow the herbal ball to completely cool down before placing it in a cool dry area. This will allow it to last and be used for several more treatments.
