How to prepare:
1. Add coconut milk (200 g) and water (50 g) to a sauce pot and bring to boil.
2. Add meat of your choice (150 g) and mix well until cooked.
3. Add Thai Green Curry Paste (100 g) to the pot and mix well until boil.
4. Add Thai eggplant (100 g), Basil leaves (10 g), Turkey berry (20 g), Optional slices of Bamboo shoots (100 g) and Red pepper or Chilli (10 g)
5. Mix well and close the lid to avoid evaporates.
6. Boil with low heat until cooked (about 5 minutes) or continue cooking until soup is reduced to your preference.
