How to cook
1. Boil 400 g of water in a medium pot until it boils.
2. Add shrimp or meat of your choice (150 g) and mushrooms (50 g) into boiling water until cooked.
3. Add Tom Yum Paste (80 g); mix well.
4. Pour Tom Yum Soup into the serving bowl.
5. Garnish with Coriander, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Lime or Lemon Juice, and Chilli to your preference, then ready to serve.
Remark : If thick soup preferred, add coconut milk (30 g) after put Tom Yum paste (No.3) as an alternatives.
