Thai Aree Yellow Curry Paste is pure, delicious, and without additional seasonings. It offers you an impressive curry paste aroma and lets you take your delicious meal anywhere.
How to cook
1. Add coconut milk (200 g) and water (50 g) to a sauce pot, and bring to a boil.
2. Add meat of your choice (150 g), a dice of potato (50 g), a dice of carrot (50 g), and mix well until cooked. Close the lid.
3. Add Thai Yellow Curry Paste (80 g) to the pot and mix well until boiling.
4. Add slices of onion (100 g) to the pot.
5. Add peanuts (30 g) and whole tomatoes (Seedless/Cherry Tomatoes), 5-6 pieces or 50 g.
6. Mix well. Close the lid to avoid evaporation.
7. Boil with low heat. Continue boiling until the soup is reduced to your preference.
