How to Use
1. Clean your feet thoroughly and make sure they are completely dry.
2. Remove the backing paper on both sides and the center of the patch.
3. Place the longer side horizontally on your heel, then wrap the two side wings around to secure it firmly.
4. Leave on for about 2 hours, then remove.

Tip: The patch can also be applied to other dry areas such as elbows and knees.
