How to Order Home Delivery

Home Delivery Ordering Guide

Step 1: Select Delivery Method

Select “Home Delivery” before adding products to your cart.

Step 2: Add Products to Your Cart

Once products have been added to your cart, you may continue shopping or select “View Cart” to review your order details.

Step 3: Apply a Discount Code

On the shopping cart page, you may enter a discount code or apply member privileges in the “Discount Code / Member Discount” field.

Step 4: Enter Shipping Information

Please provide complete and accurate recipient and shipping details to ensure successful delivery.
If you would like to save this address for future purchases, you may select “Set as Default Address.”

Step 5: Select Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method and proceed with "Place Order" to complete payment through the bank's payment system.
To prevent errors during the payment process, please do not close the browser window or navigate back while the transaction is being processed.

Step 6: Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment confirmation, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

Step 7: Request a Full Tax Invoice

You may request a full tax invoice through either of the following channels:

- During checkout on the shipping information page
- Via the Order History page under the relevant order details

Select "Request Full Tax Invoice" and fill in the required information.

Shipping Information

Orders will be delivered within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary under certain circumstances due to factors beyond the Company’s control or unforeseen events affecting transportation and logistics operations.

Shipping Fees

For orders of eligible products with a total net value below THB 899 the shipping fees are structured as follows:

* Complimentary shipping is available for orders with a total net value of THB 899 or above.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, a Tracking Number will be sent via email or displayed in the Order History page, allowing you to conveniently track the delivery status of your order.
