Q: What is King Power Online?
A: King Power Online is the newest service channel from King Power where customers can pre-order and purchase products from leading brands and manufacturers worldwide. For the purchase of Duty Free products, customers can conveniently pick up at the airport prior to your departure from Thailand. For Non-Duty Free products such as OTOPs, Leicester City Football Club, customers can make a purchase online and choose either picking up at the airport prior to your departure from Thailand or having the products delivered to your home with our delivery service.
Do King Power Online have customers satisfaction guarantee?
A: Our products are under '14-day Customer satisfaction guarantee' since the day you receive the product, except for Electronic products, which are under a '7-day customer satisfaction guarantee'. Customer must have a receipt/tax invoice for any claim. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can check our return policy here. However, some product cannot be return due to certain conditions e.g. I change my mind.
In the case of the warranty period is over 7 or 14 days, the proof of purchase such as receipt/tax invoice and product package is required to verify the eligible during the warranty period of that product with the Brand service centre. The company reserve the right to reissue the receipt in case of no proof of purchase or tag price of the company.
Q : What should I do if the product I purchased exceeded warranty period?

Q: Is it necessary to subscribe as a member of King Power Online before using the service?
A: For your convenience in pre-ordering and purchasing our products, it is recommended to subscribe as a member as it will enable you to easily check and track your pre-ordered product status or delivery status and to be among the first members who receive our latest news and privileges.
Q: Is there a minimum purchase or registration fee for subscribing as a King Power Online member?
A: You can immediately subscribe as a King Power Online member in order to pre-order or purchase product online at www.kingpoweronline.com without minimum purchase or registration fee.
Q: Is there any purchase quantity limit for duty-free products?
A: There is. You can purchase up to 50 items per flight. In case of purchasing liquid, aerosols and gels products, please carefully read the LAGs policy.
Q: What should I do if I forget my login password?
A: Simply click 'Forget password' on the login page, insert your email then our system will send you a new password.
Q: If I would like to change my login password, what should I do?

A: King Power members can collect points like when you shop at King Power shopping complex. The total purchase will be changed into points and transferred to your account within 30 days after receiving the purchased products.
