In the case of claiming the product after receiving the product
1. Recommend to take pictures, record videos and check the product upon the first receiving.
2. Claim is acceptable only if the product is incomplete or any part of the equipment is missing.
3. A proof of video clip of products with defect or problem must be recorded within 14-day warranty period.
Bialetti Moka Pot product standard and warranty
All Bialetti coffee pot is crafted in Semi-handcraft style from Italy. The workpieces are casted from the factory and polished by hand. Due to that reason, it may cause marks on the pot from manufacturing process. This does not affect the efficiency of the Moka Pot.
Characteristics of products that qualified over the standard
1. All types of marks that occur inside the pot, including the upper pot, the filter funnel, the lower pot.
2. A small mark on the outside of the Moka Pot, any area with a size smaller than 1 inch.
3. Small marks around the print joint caused by the manufacturing of the product.
Characteristics of disqualified products
1. The product with external scratches and abrasions larger than 1 inch
2. All marks on the pot that can cause water leaks.
3. Products that are in incomplete condition or have missing components, such as filter funnels, rubber seals, handles, safety valves, valves for milk frother, etc.
