1. Company reserves the right not to accept an exchange, a return or a refund after purchasing unless the defect or damage is caused by the manufacturing process or QC errors. ( accidents or wrong usage aren’t warranted by the company)
2. Issues related to the product and its usage must be reported and inspected by the brand or manufacturer for consideration of a product exchange or claim.
- In the event that the product has a problem within 7 days from the date of receipt, you can contact the King Power to inform the product exchange or return. This process has to be considered and approved according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturing company or brand only.
- In the event that the product has a problem after 7 days from the date of receipt, you can directly contact the manufacturing company or brand to request for the product exchange or return.
- The manufacturing company or brand will take time to inspect and notify the results within 15 days from the date of return.
