How to Prepare Contact Lenses Before Wearing
1. Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them before handling the lenses.
2. Place the contact lens on the tip of your dominant index finger and check its shape. The edges should be upright, forming a cup-like shape.
How to Wear Contact Lenses
1. Place the lens on the tip of your dominant index finger. Use the middle finger of the same hand to pull down the lower eyelid while using the middle finger of the other hand to lift the upper eyelid.
2. Look straight into the mirror and gently place the lens on the center of the cornea.
3. Look downward and slowly release your fingers.
4. Blink a few times and close your eyes briefly. The lens will automatically adjust to the center of the cornea.
How to Remove Contact Lenses
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Look into the mirror and use the middle finger to pull down the lower eyelid while using the middle finger of the other hand to lift the upper eyelid.
2. Use your index finger to gently slide the lens down to the lower part of the sclera (the white part of the eye). Carefully pinch the lens out using your thumb and index finger. Do not use your nails.
3. Always clean the lens with a contact lens solution and replace the disinfecting solution every time you store the lenses.
Storage Instructions : Unopened lenses should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Usage Duration : Once opened, the lenses should be used within one month.
Recommendations : The use of contact lenses should be guided by an ophthalmologist or a certified optometrist, with annual check-ups to ensure eye health and proper lens care.
