Warranty

10-Year Warranty. The product is warranted from the day you placed the order. The warranty covers materials, zippers, wheels, trolley handles, lockers, and the product that found defected by the QC process. Wrong usage, any accidental situations, natural disasters, repairation or adaptation that didn't come from officers/Samsonite staffs will not be covered in the warranty conditions. Online customers must keep an invoice and warranty certificate as the evidence to receive a warranty service.
