How to Use: Open the cap and squeeze an appropriate amount of toothpaste, and then brush your teeth at least twice a day in the morning and night, or after each meal. It is recommended to use regularly for maximum effectiveness and do not swallow the toothpaste. Close the cap tightly after each use.
