Terms and Conditions:

  • The company will contact the winners via the phone numbers or email provided within 7 working days from the date of the announcement to inform the steps and conditions for receiving prizes. If the winners of the Top Spenders campaign cannot be reached, or if the Top Spenders do not respond by 30 November 2025, the company will consider the winner to have forfeited their rights. The company reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible customer or as it sees fit.
  • Limit one prize per winner
  • The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other rewards.
  • The company reserves the right to change/cancel this promotion without prior notice.
  • The company's decision is final and binding in this regard.

 

Terms and Conditions of EVA Air ticket:

  • Customers who receive a round-trip ticket reward from EVA Air through the Top Spender promotion agree to allow the organizer to share their personal information with EVA Air.
  • All EVA Air round-trip ticket rewards are valid for travel from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, with a ticket validity of 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
  • Applicable taxes and fees will be collected at the time of ticket issuance, including withholding tax of 5%.
  • Booking Service Charges are non-refundable.
  • Passengers who fail to cancel a reservation or do not show up for their flight will be subject to a No-Show fee, which will be applied toward future rebooking or deducted from any refundable taxes.
  • Tickets are non-transferable, non-reroutable, and non-refundable.
  • Please contact EVA Air reservation offices to arrange your travel as soon as possible before the intended departure date, and present this certificate along with a valid ID to redeem your ticket within the ticketing period. For contact details, please refer to EVA Air’s official website at www.evaair.com.
  • These tickets are not eligible for accrual under the Infinity MileageLands / Star Alliance frequent flyer programs, the EVASION program, or any other promotional programs.
  • For conditions not specified herein, please refer directly to EVA Air. EVA Air reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • EVA Air and its partner airlines reserve the right to limit or adjust the number of reward seats depending on flight booking status. Award seats may not be available on certain flights or during certain travel periods, even if regular revenue seats are available.
  • Certain travel periods may be subject to blackout dates as determined by EVA Air.
