A : Customers may request to change / return / refund order where terms and conditions are met.

For Example : For Example: Product you have purchased malfunctioned 3 days after you have been using. You may return that product since it meets the condition number 3 where the product has already been used, packaging already opened. You will, therefore, need to fully return product together with its packaging, content inside, gifts with purchase, with price and manufacturer tags remain in good condition.

*Changing or returning Duty Free products for change of mind is NOT applicable under this policy. Company reserves the right not to proceed with any return requests made AFTER customer has signed for purchased product upon receipt, unless such requests are met with terms and conditions listed above.

1. Products in every categoryProducts that have been received for more than 14 days except for Electronic products are 7 days since the day you receive the product. All the products guaranteed by the manufacturer, customers must directly claim them from the manufacturer following their warranty’s policy. Products that their number, tag or code have been removed. The product has any adjustments within the warranty period regarding the product category (7 days or 14 days) such as the watch has been fixed by the customer, the belt has been cut to adjust the length.

1. All products under brand "Apple" are non-refundable and unable to change or claim for the new item within 7 days guaranteed by the company's policy. You can contact Apple iCare directly.
(Defective products will be exchanged with a replacement product of the same model, both inactivated and activated, new boxed product will not be provided. By changing products, It is reserved at its discretion by Apple’s policies and conditions.)
2. Please be informed that the company reserves the right, along with the manufacturer, to be authorized to examine or consider the item condition before processing the return exchange or claim it regarding the manufacturer's policy.
3. Period for returns/refunds may vary according to the manufacturer's details specified on the website.
4. The company reserves the right to not accept the request to exchange, claim or return any products after 7 days from the date of receiving it.

A: In case of cancellation, please contact King Power Contact Center: 1631 at 09.00 a.m. – 21.00 p.m. every day.

Please note, there are terms and conditions applied for Instalment order. Company reserves the right for returning or refunding of any product purchase with an instalment plan. Except for defective case, the company reserves the right for refund only product value exclude interest from instalment plan.
