1. Products under a warranty period may be sent for repair or replacement within that warranty period. After the warranty has expired, repair services may still be requested, but the customer is responsible for all related costs.
2. For health and beauty products, please verify expiry dates via [email protected] com or King Power Contact Center : 1631 before purchasing. Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product still has more than one year of shelf life remaining.
3. For perfume products, differences in scent or longevity are subjective and depend on individual preferences and environment; therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted in such cases.
