Step 2 : Check Out

Once you have completed your shopping and ready to check out, click "CHECKOUT" on the floating box.

Step 2.1 :

Enter promo code (if any)

Step 2.2 :

click "CHECK OUT NOW; button

Step 3 : Register

In order to complete the checkout and for security reason. For new customer, please fill in your information to register new account.

*The customer who make an order has to be the same person when pick up the order at Airport. King Power reserves the right to deliver the order to customers whose name, passport No. Airline and Flight No. match to Order Confirmation

Step 3.1 :

For new customer, please click “REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT” button and then fill in the registration form.

Step 3.2 :

Fill in the information then check ✔ “I have read and do accept Privacy Policy” and "I agree to recieve your special offer and prmotions via email" after that click “REGISTER” button.

Step 4 : Fill in your international departure flight information

Step 4.1 :

After the registration has been completed, click cart icon in order to go to cart summary and then click "CONTINUE" button

Step 4.2 :

Fill in your contact information, flight detail, passport number and departure date then click "Continue" button

Step 5 : Payment

Step 5.1 :

Pay by Credit card: VISA, MASTER, UNIONPAY, ALIPAY. Click "PLACE YOUR ORDER" button, browser will redirect to payment page

***Please do not close or click back button on your browser while the payment is processing.

Step 5.2 : As soon as this transaction is completed, you will see thank you page.

REMARKS: If you prefer Tax Invoice for any Airport Pick up item, please contact Contact Centre 1631 or Email: cs@kingpower.com.

if you do not want it, you can skip this process. if you want to request Tax Invoice click "OK" then fill in the form.

Step 6 : Receive Order Confirmation via Email

The order confirmation will be sent after your transaction has been completed. You may log into your account at Kingpower.com to view details of the transaction. Your pickup location will be attached in the email.

Step 7 : Pick Up At King Power Counter

Go to KingPower Counter(See map below).Present you order confirmation together with your passport and boarding pass.
