Terms and Conditions

1. The 15% discount on admission ticket to Mahanakhon SkyWalk and Mahanakhon SkyVerse 
2. Privileges can be redeemed only at designated counters within King Power Mahanakhon. Redemption via photos, screenshots, or copies will not be accepted.  
3. The company reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cancels the privilege, fails to present a valid QR code for scanning, or if the code does not match King Power Online records.  
4. In case the QR code is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization, the company will not issue any refund, replacement, or compensation.  
5. Damaged, altered, or unreadable QR codes are considered invalid. The company reserves the right to refuse service.  
6. This discount privilege cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, and is valid only at participating attractions, restaurants, or services within King Power Mahanakhon.  
7. The privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, or membership discounts.  
8. The company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, and to cancel or refuse redemption in cases of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized use.  
9. Limited to 1 privilege per user, with a maximum of 1,000 privileges available throughout the campaign period.
10. Discount codes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. Campaign Period: October 7, 2026 – October 31, 2026.
12. The discount code is valid for use until November 30, 2026.
13. The privilege will be sent via email exclusively for completed orders made by October 31, 2026. The delivery process will be completed within 14 working days after the end of the promotion period.
