How to use
1. Shake the bottle well before each use to blend the two phases into one fresh and hydrating milky solution.
2. Wet a cotton pad with it, then gently wipe makeup from the eyelids.
3. Hold the moistened cotton pad on the eyelashes for a few seconds before wiping, starting at the root.
4. Use another cotton pad for the lips, and then for the remainder of the face.
