We select the best varieties of sweet and sour tamarind with nice pod texture. The seeds are removed from tamarind pod and processed with hygiene: perfectly stired and mixed well with selected ingredients, then, packed into a modern packaging.
Tamarind which is a tropical perennial and yield of the crop to be 3-4 years, can be harvested during the December to February.We select the best varieties of sweet and sour tamarind, pod texture with sweet and sour, remove the seeds from tamarind pod out, through a hygiene process, stir and mix well with selected ingredients perfectly, then, pack into a modern packaging.
