Tom yam is the most famous thai spicy sour soup. The lemony taste from lime juice, the sweet flavor from prawns and the aroma of thai herbs make this soup uniquely Thai.

Directions:
1. Boil 400 ml of water.
2. Add 100 g of shrimp & 50 g or mushroom.
3. Add 1 packet of tom yam powder, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
4. Add lemon/lime juice.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaf and
chopped spring onion..
