After completing the payment, your carat will be displayed on the order confirmation page and in your order history within 24 Hours

If you are already a member, go to the shopping cart page with items added.
You will see the “MY CARAT” section on the right, near the “Promo Code” menu.

Select ✅ “Use… CARAT” — the system will display your available CARAT points and the maximum amount you can apply to this order.

Once completed the payment, the redeem carat, the earn carat and carat balance will present at

• Order confirmation email

A: When registering on the website or application, it just only for purchasing online. If you need to collect CARAT reward when purchase from our online channel (website and application), you must be a POWER PASS membership before completing your order.
